At Drape Tribe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

  • Please reach out to us at drapetribe@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, with the original tags intact, and returned in their original packaging. 
  • Once we review your request, we will offer a refund or exchange, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • All communication and assistance will be provided via email.
